My Story
As a Marketing Consultant who has especially enjoyed the Creative Writing part of the job, Bruce has done an extensive amount of storytelling and has even come up with a few advertising slogans. When he’s not writing or driving across state lines with sacred scrolls, Bruce is engaging communities speaking about heritage and fatherhood and spreading a little Jewish joy. Plus, he’s always up for a road trip!
About the Book
Based on a true story of transporting a Torah my father had donated to our former Temple in Connecticut back in the 1960s, to my current Temple outside of Chicago. My reflections of my dad's life and our relationship, accompanied by some of the principles in the Torah, make for quite a ride and an inspiring story. It's a heartfelt memoir that blends the beauty of the Torah, the Jewish faith, and father and son relationships.
